1. About Athaya Beach Villa

Athaya Beach Villa provides accommodation, villa reservation, guest services, and related hospitality services.

Athaya reserves the right to update information about its services, facilities, pricing, and policies when reasonably necessary.

2. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Athaya Beach Villa.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed only after Athaya has communicated confirmation through an official Athaya communication channel or booking system.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including where applicable:

Contact information
Check-in date
Check-out date
Number of guests
Reservation purpose or relevant booking information

Athaya may contact guests if additional information is required to process a reservation.

3. Pricing and Payment

Accommodation prices may vary depending on dates, duration of stay, number of guests, packages, promotions, or other booking conditions.

The applicable price will be communicated to the guest during the reservation process.

Depending on the reservation, Athaya may require:

A booking deposit
Partial payment
Full payment
Security deposit
Other payment arrangements communicated before confirmation

A reservation may remain pending until the required payment has been received.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that payment information and payment evidence submitted to Athaya are accurate.

4. Security Deposit

Athaya may require a security deposit for certain reservations.

The security deposit may be used to cover reasonable costs resulting from:

Damage to property or facilities
Loss of Athaya property
Excessive cleaning requirements
Violations of agreed guest policies
Other losses reasonably attributable to the guest or their group

Where applicable, any remaining security deposit will be returned according to the conditions communicated for the reservation.

5. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Requests to change, reschedule, or cancel a reservation must be communicated to Athaya as soon as possible.

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and modification conditions may vary depending on the reservation and will follow the terms communicated during the booking process.

Approval of a date change or rescheduling request remains subject to availability.

Athaya may request additional payment where a change results in a different applicable rate or booking condition.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times communicated for their reservation.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Guests may be required to provide identification or other information reasonably necessary for accommodation administration and security.

7. Number of Guests and Visitors

The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number approved for the reservation unless Athaya provides prior authorization.

Guests are responsible for informing Athaya about relevant changes to the number of people staying at the property.

Additional visitors or overnight guests may be subject to:

Prior approval
Additional fees
Villa capacity limits
Applicable property rules

The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that members of their group understand and follow Athaya’s applicable rules.

8. Guest Conduct and Property Rules

Guests must use Athaya Beach Villa and its facilities responsibly.

Guests must not engage in activities that:

Endanger themselves or other people
Cause unreasonable disturbance
Damage the property or facilities
Violate applicable law
Interfere with neighboring properties or other guests
Circumvent safety or security measures

Additional property-specific rules may apply to accommodation areas, swimming pools, common spaces, parking areas, and other facilities.

Athaya may take reasonable action where serious or repeated violations occur.

9. Children and Supervision

Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are responsible for supervising children in their group.

Children must be appropriately supervised when using areas that may present safety risks, including swimming pools, stairs, outdoor areas, and other facilities.

Use of Athaya facilities remains subject to the applicable safety rules displayed or communicated at the property.

10. Swimming Pool and Other Facilities

Use of the swimming pool and other recreational facilities is at the guest’s responsibility.

Athaya does not guarantee that a dedicated lifeguard or pool attendant will be present.

Guests should follow all posted safety instructions and use facilities appropriately.

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Guests should exercise caution in areas that may become wet or slippery.

11. Damage and Loss

Guests are expected to take reasonable care of Athaya property and facilities.

Where damage, loss, or extraordinary cleaning requirements result from a guest’s actions or negligence, Athaya may charge reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.

Guests should inform Athaya promptly if damage or an incident occurs during their stay.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Athaya will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost property inquiries but cannot guarantee recovery of items that are lost, misplaced, or left behind.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Athaya is not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

13. Website and Booking System Use

Users must not misuse the Athaya Beach Villa website, reservation system, or related digital services.

Users must not:

Attempt unauthorized access to Athaya systems
Submit deliberately false or fraudulent booking information
Introduce malware or malicious code
Interfere with website or system operation
Circumvent security mechanisms
Use automated systems in a way that disrupts Athaya services
Use Athaya services for unlawful purposes

Athaya may restrict access where necessary to protect the security or integrity of its systems.

14. Reservation Management and Automation

Athaya uses digital systems and workflow automation to support reservation and administrative operations.

These systems may include services such as Google Calendar, n8n, Hostinger, and other authorized service providers.

For example, confirmed, updated, or cancelled reservations may be synchronized with Athaya’s internal Google Calendar to support operational scheduling.

Automation is used as an operational tool and does not replace the official reservation information communicated to the guest.

Personal information handled through these systems is subject to Athaya Beach Villa’s Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Services

Athaya may rely on third-party providers for services such as:

Website hosting
Workflow automation
Calendar synchronization
Communications
Payment processing
Technical infrastructure

These providers operate according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Athaya selects and uses third-party services where reasonably necessary for its operations but cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of services outside Athaya’s control.
